This actually happened to me once, well, except for the “lick the shoes” part. Me and a couple of guys went into our local comic book store and were followed in by a couple of chavs/scallys that had been loitering outside it. They followed us around the shop trying to annoy us and Tracy, the girl who co owned it. One of them tried to stare me out and then pointed to a picture of Beast from an X-men cover and told me I look like him. I think he was trying to hurt my feelings, but it was pretty funny really. Ahh, teenagedom, if it happened now I'd throw them out of the shop on their arses, little shits. (I do it most days at work with an obnoxious racist drunk who lives above the shop.) Although, with all the movies that have come out, I think even chavs would have a better understanding of comic book culture.
